Measured Surveys
A Measured Survey is an accurate representation of property, structures, services or land as they exist at the time the survey is undertaken.
Using the appropriate technique (e.g. 3D High Definition Laser Scan, Total Station) the measured survey data is transferred to a 3D model, enabling the rapid generation of building sections, topographical plans and visuals in 2D or 3D format.
Measured surveys are required for a host of reasons including land development, asset management, as-built records and refit or refurbishment.
Land and Measured Building Surveys can be commissioned from Onyx Land Consulting by individual land owners through to architects and construction firms.
